The Lamb Wavertree
Innex Design were called in by Quest Gates Loss adjusters following the collapse of the gable of this Grade II Listed Building in 2007, with a brief to restore the building to its former glory, however as the rebuilding was the subject of an insurance claim against the adjacent contractor and a health and safety enquiry, along with the local authority planning and conservation offices involved and the need to keep the premises trading, it was a logistical minefield. Innex Design called on their proven project management skills to undertake the task, and soon had a collective and cohesive programme established, to deliver the works on time and on budget. The project completed to the satisfaction of all interested parties, on time, on budget and to brief.

Walkers Crisps
Innex were commissioned to extend the existing security offices at the entrance of the Warrington site, these proposals included formation of reception and office areas including visitor lounge which incorporated DDA complaint facilities.
