Innex Design were commissioned by Russell Partnership to co-ordinate design and project management including full cost analysis control. The scheme appeals to the students given current market trends, the operation trading beyond expectation.
County College Bar, Lancaster University
Refurbishment of a very difficult space over an ‘L’ shaped configuration for food, drinking and social interaction space.
Furness Bar, Lancaster University
Scheme for refurbishment of the oldest bar on campus, with a strong traditional feel.
Fylde Bar, Lancaster University
Refurbishment of a small dining concept within the Fylde bar. New food operation, work had to be completed during term time, hours were very restricted.
Grisdale Bar, Lancaster University
Refurbishment scheme for one of the largest bars on campus.
Pendleton College
A new reception area was created to cater for increased student intake. A new 3 storey additional classroom extension was formed and built in fast track construction methods, with recladding of the external facade to create a more contemporary appearance. In addition to the above, a new student catering facility and media centre rooms were formed.
