We were commissioned to refurbish and extend an existing house situated in a affluent area of Cheshire. During the course of works the brief increased and the project became a full development which included landscape architecture, resulting in this marvellous property.
House at Moss Bank, Private Client
Formation of new 5 bedroom dwelling incorporating double garage and landscaped areas . This project designed from a green field site, designed from inception to completion undertaken with the complete satisfaction of the client. This project posed several challenges incorporating party wall negotiations and accommodating the levels on the site far in excess of a standard domestic dwelling.

Wood Farm, Alderley Edge
Design scheme for a multi million pound private house in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. It involved demolition of an existing property set in wooded site with its own lake, and the construction of a new ‘Footballers House’ with eight bedrooms, entertainment rooms, and swimming pools, everything that could be included was included.
Warrington Road, Warrington
This 1930’s magnificent detached property set in Penketh, Warrington, was totally fire damaged. Innex were appointed to restore the existing building along with a large rear and side extension to form a multi-car garage with snooker room to the rear.
