Refurbishment of jewellery outlet for private client, resulting in a very successful retail outlet.
Little Betty’s, York
Part of the Taylors of Harrogate group, Innex were commissioned to prepare a feasibility scheme to increase the footprint of their York operation, which whilst extending over three properties at first floor, only had one ground floor operation. This is a Grade 1 listed building and designated within the World Heritage Site of York.
Rhode Island Coffee
Innex were commissioned to design a new Rhode Island concept, changing a vacant retail unit into a thriving coffee house.
Thor's Plaice & Chips, Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Innex were commissioned to create a fast food outlet in keeping with the adjacent Valhalla ride theme. Materials sourced and constructed initially in Russia dismantled transported over to the UK and erected by specialist contractor.
