An unusual commission came to Innex via recommendation based upon our reputation. Caravan parks have a somewhat dated image, and we were not surprised with what greeted us, our brief was to provided a bar on site that could compete with anything the guests would expect in the high street, the existing bar, games and snooker rooms were effectively combined as one room with planned areas for each activity, a comfortable contemporary theme was provided with materials and finishes that would withstand the wear and tear expected of family use.
The former hunting lodge of the Earl of Derby, Innex were commissioned for the refurbishment of the ground floor areas, and obtaining planning permission for a 44 bedroom extension to this listed building, which involved an archaeological dig, overseen by Liverpool University. It has since been sold on and is part of the Premier Inn franchise.

Innex carried out various sketch schemes and feasibilities for the reception area.

Developed from a Greenfield site, this characterful hotel was developed for a private client who had a small chain of hotels. Research found that at one time there had been a small mill at the side, therefore we chose to design the hotel around a mill theme, with a separate bar area that resembled a pump house. Two years after completion we were further commissioned to add a £2.5m sports and leisure complex, with state of the art facilities and a 24m pool, so successful was the hotel, it was purchased by The DeVere Group and now forms part of their Village Hotel Group.

Innex Design has carried out various small works commission at their Leeds Hotel, in back of house areas and staff facilities.
This £8,000,000 development was completed in three phases, whilst keeping the existing hotel trading, the works included restaurants, bars and function rooms, back of house areas, 80 en-suite rooms, a new state of the art leisure centre and extensive ground works. A further 20 rooms were developed bringing it to a 100 room operation.

Innex were commissioned to produce a bar & restaurant concept, that would require the minimum of service yet achieve the expectations of the clientele. This scheme initially undertaken in Manchester was then rolled out to London Docklands, and Aberdeen.

This privately owned Hotel was purchased by a private client who wished to restore it to its former glory, being a grade 2 listed Victorian gothic revival style, the challenge to Innex was to create a welcoming environment, introducing some contemporary elements whilst maintaining much of the original character. 12 individual boutique bedrooms were also included in the refurbishment.

We were commissioned to remodel and restore a circa 18th Century coach house pub set within the tranquil unspoilt Lake District Village of Cark-In-Cartmel to form a rural country inn with boutique letting bedrooms
